Her transition to the U.S. – initially on a Permanent Resident Visa, and later as a naturalized U.S. citizen – marked the beginning of an extraordinary legal career. She lived in Michigan and Kentucky for over 14 years, but ultimately was led to call Florida her home, reflecting a life enriched by diverse experiences and cultures. This unique background, coupled with her Brazilian’s upbringing and her family heritage from northern Italy, has equipped her with an unparalleled ability to connect with and understand the international community in Florida.

Attorney Quadros’s academic journey is distinguished by her dedication and scholarly excellence. Her tenure at the University of Louisville Law School was marked by high distinction, not just in academics – where she graduated with a high ranking in her class, but also in her proactive engagement in the legal community.
Attorney Quadros received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Louisville Law School in 2011. She represented her law school in the esteemed Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration in Vienna, as the only woman in a five student’s team, which is a highlight to showcase her global legal perspective Her focus on Immigration Law and Business Law during her studies, combined with practical experiences at the Internal Revenue Service and a multinational company, laid the groundwork for her holistic legal approach.
Attorney Iara Quadros was also part of the Moot Court Board of her law school and a law review editor for Policy and Procedure for the school’s law review. She received several awards during her law school career, notably from the American Bar Association for the ABA-BNA Award of Excellence in the study of Intellectual Property Law.
Attorney Iara Quadros passed the Kentucky Bar examination in 2011, soon after her law school’s graduation, and thereafter passed the Bar in other states, including Florida, to enable her to expand her legal practice.
